Bryant is a Professor of Philosophy at Collin College in Dallas. He is a member of the object-oriented philosophy movement and coined the term Object Oriented Ontology in 2009. He is the author of several books, including: Onto-Cartographies: The Metaphysics of Time and Space, The Democracy of Objects, and Difference and Givenness: Deleuze’s Transcendental Empiricism and the Ontology of Immanence.
