Elham GOODARZI and Elise HOFF: The first portion of the program is an Incinerator which is located near the city of Zabaleen. People of the Zabaleen are mostly trash collectors. the program was designed in a way to increase the life quality in that region with the help of the second program. Second program of the project is Bazaar which is underneath the Incinerator. Bazaar is designed for the local people and also was focused on different ways of recycling materials.
