Kurt NELSON and Ariel COOKE-ZAMORA: Reacting to the prevalence of standardization and the hollowing out of functional reasons for Mykonian ornament, this resort complex proposes an alternate path forward for architecture in Mykonos.

Hidden in Plain Sight imagines an architecture unconstrained by limitations of style, creating forms that may have emerged from a natural evolution of the vernacular language of Mykonos through the use of contemporary construction techniques.
