In the era of the post Anthropocene, architecture is configured for the contemporary technologies that occupy these spaces, spaces made for and by machines, a habitation other than our own. Conversely, an architecture of interface mediates between two different systems, leveraging the overarching qualities of information to inform both entities of a system. Sharing a reciprocity between these systems, the Esports center interfaces between human and machine, allowing the overlap of physical and digital space.
Presupposing that we can move beyond the existing context, the city becomes a stage for new content. The Esports center is a typology that lends itself to creating a deep integration of space, where media screens broadcast matches of the highest level of competitive play, while also using media to shape the organization of interior space. Utilizing media as a tectonic, images move across surfaces in 3 dimensions to create an architecture through imbedded digital content
