suckerPUNCH: describe your project.
open sourceARCHITECTURE: n-Natures is a research collaboration between architects, designers, mathematicians and computer scientists. based on the study of the riemann zeta function, the centerpiece of one of the great mysteries in pure mathematics, a series of computed variations has been generated in mathematica software. the tensile-based model aims at transforming the rigid grid of the exhibition room into a soft organization of colors and patterns. beyond its formal expression,
n-natures reflects behavioral patterns that emerge out of the density of strings, its own materiality and the presence of irregularities in the existing space. these behaviors are coded according to a series of colors that are embedded in the computational protocol.
