GLOBAL Design NYU, a New York University project that aims to transform architecture and urban design in ways that address environmental concerns, will launch with an exhibit (opening May 25) and symposium (May 26 and June 10), jointly titled “Elsewhere Envisioned,” in the Jerry H. Labowitz Theatre for the Performing Arts at NYU’s Gallatin School for Individualized Study (1 Washington Place at Broadway).
Speakers include Reiser + Umemoto, Francois Roche, Mitchell Joachim, Chris Perry, Evan Douglis, Mark Fornes, Axel Kilian, David Ruy, Ed Keller & Carla Leitao, Louise Harpman, Jeffrey Inaba, Sanford Kwinter
Admission is free and open to the general public for both events
