stratis GEORGIOU, efi KASIMATI, eleanna PANAGOULIA: This is a project of a metro station in Thessaloniki city, based on the notion of intrusion as the theme that triggers the development of the design process. Intrusion is considered as the unauthorized, latent entry into a system, resulting into the destabilization of its current local relationships. The project presents a new idea of the context, which functions, due to local interactions, as a vessel of distributed behaviors and identities. This diversity is generated by a system of time variables. The design process becomes a procedure of destabilization and deviation. In this way fields start gradually to form and spatial patterns emerge.

LINEARSCAPE: This project was submitted as a proposal to design the New Taipei City Museum of Art. The design creates a cultural campus that inspires the divergent forces of nature and urbanity, ideas and reality, and art and quotidian life to converge and dissolve into a fluid environment in which these forces become symbiotic and nourish the cultural vivacity of New Taipei City. The museum will not only connect the city and its people to art but will also serve as a bridge connecting the city and to its riverfront.
