the story follows a explosive ordnance disposal unit in baghdad and their missions involving the dismantling of bombs which are shot from every angle and then spliced together in a way that blurs time and space so as to induce panic and uncertainty. the opening sequence builds to a series of beautiful shots at ultra slow speed which creates a surreal atmosphere that continues the whole movie.
