marco VANUCCI, adiam SERTZU / OPENSYSTEMS: The tower conveys the imaginative vision and the power of the dynamic world of fashion. Like a garment the tower is one which can potentially be interpreted and used for countless seasons and events. The intervention is an innovative one which embodies a lattice-like complexity. Its seamless skin stretches through the structure to create an intricate network of lattice like voids and spaces. These act as dynamic organizing spaces to house the main runway for fashion shows, event spaces and other creative zones for unexpectant members of the public who, coming to visit the museum become part of a daily event or of a show themselves.
